Standard Delivery — Parcel or Freight
Delivery method may vary by product size, weight, shipping address, and carrier availability. Orders may ship by parcel carrier or freight truck.
Standard delivery is generally curbside delivery or delivery to the accessible ground-level entrance of your address. The carrier is not responsible for moving items inside, carrying items upstairs, unpacking, assembly, or packaging removal.
Please inspect the package upon delivery. If there is any visible damage, note it with the carrier before signing and contact us as soon as possible.
If you need inside delivery, upstairs delivery, room-of-choice delivery, or special handling, please contact us before shipment so we can confirm availability and provide an accurate quote.
1-year warranty on the main product structure against manufacturing defects under normal use. For motorized products, the motor is covered by a 5-year warranty.
If you receive an item with a quality issue, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos or videos of the issue. We will review the case and assist with a replacement, repair, or return solution when applicable.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or damage during moving or handling after delivery.
