Return & Refund Policy
At Saintcy, we are committed to providing high-quality office furniture. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to help you with the return process.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
2. Return Conditions & Restocking Fees
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, including all original packaging, hardware, and accessories.

Important Return Requirements:

Non-Returnable Items: For non-quality issues, we cannot accept returns for items that have been partially or fully assembled, as they cannot be resold.

Original Packaging: All returns must be shipped back in their original boxes. Returns received without original packaging may be rejected or subject to an additional 10% repackaging fee.
3. Return Shipping & Freight Warning

Customer Remorse: For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

⚠️ IMPORTANT FREIGHT NOTE: Due to the oversized nature of our furniture (Executive Desks, Reception Counters, etc.), return shipping must be handled via specialized freight/trucking services (LTL). Please be advised that freight costs are significantly high and often range from $200 to $600+ depending on your location. These costs will be deducted from your final refund.

Defective or Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged or has verified quality issues, Saintcy will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at Info@saintcyspace.com with your order number and clear photos of the item/packaging.

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization and the address of our U.S.-based warehouse.

Unauthorized Returns: Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Items sent without our provided return label or to the wrong address will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Arrival Guarantee)
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. In the unlikely event of damage, contact us within 48 hours with:

Photos of the damaged product.

Photos of the original packaging (including the shipping label).
Note: Retain all packaging until the claim is resolved. Verified claims will receive a complimentary replacement or a full refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect:

Pre-Order Items: Products purchased as pre-orders are reserved specifically for you and cannot be canceled or returned for non-quality reasons.

Custom-Made or Personalized Products.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or Clearance.

Gift Cards.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return at our U.S. warehouse:

Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Note: Your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.
