1. Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

Coverage: We currently ship to the contiguous United States only.

Restrictions: Due to the oversized nature of our furniture, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. All deliveries require a physical street address.

Exclusions: At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
2. Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders across the contiguous United States.

No Hidden Fees: The price you see on the product page is the final price for shipping. There are no additional handling or processing fees at checkout.
3. Order Processing & Timelines
We categorize our products into two fulfillment tracks to ensure the highest quality standards. All timelines below are calculated in Business Days (Monday - Friday).
Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (PST) - Monday to Friday.

Please allow approximately 75 business days for the entire door-to-door process.
4. Shipping Methods & Large Item Delivery

Carrier Partners: We utilize specialized heavy-freight carriers (LTL) and standard ground services (FedEx/UPS) based on the size and weight of your order.

Curbside Delivery: For large furniture items, delivery is typically curbside. The carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact phone number are correct at checkout. Saintcy is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Rerouting fees may apply if an address is changed after the item has shipped.
7. Damaged Shipments (Arrival Guarantee)
While we take every precaution to protect your furniture, damage may rarely occur during transit.

Reporting: If you notice any damage, you must contact us at info@saintcyspace.com within 48 hours.

Evidence: Please provide clear photos of the damaged product and the original packaging (including the shipping label) so we can process a carrier claim and arrange your complimentary replacement.
