If you plan to hire a handyman or installation team, we recommend sharing the instruction manual and product page with them in advance so they can understand the product structure, hardware layout, and assembly sequence before arriving on site.

When an installation video is available, it can be used as an additional visual reference. The written instruction manual should always be followed as the primary guide.

Before final assembly, please make sure the main structure is properly aligned, avoid over-tightening screws, and confirm any cable routing or power outlet placement if applicable. Keep the original packaging until the product is fully assembled and inspected.

Standard Delivery — Parcel or Freight

Delivery method may vary by product size, weight, shipping address, and carrier availability. Orders may ship by parcel carrier or freight truck.

Standard delivery is generally curbside delivery or delivery to the accessible ground-level entrance of your address. The carrier is not responsible for moving items inside, carrying items upstairs, unpacking, assembly, or packaging removal.

Please inspect the package upon delivery. If there is any visible damage, note it with the carrier before signing and contact us as soon as possible.

If you need inside delivery, upstairs delivery, room-of-choice delivery, or special handling, please contact us before shipment so we can confirm availability and provide an accurate quote.

The main product structure is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. For motorized products, the motor is covered by a 5-year limited warranty.

If your item arrives with visible damage, missing parts, or other delivery-related issues, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos or videos so we can review the case and provide the appropriate solution.

Manufacturing defects discovered during the warranty period will be reviewed under the applicable warranty coverage. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or damage during moving or handling after delivery.

Returns and replacement requests are subject to product condition, packaging status, and the nature of the issue.
